* WHAT...For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as
low as 30 degrees in the Lower Treasure Valley and as low as 28
degrees in the Upper Treasure Valley and Western Magic Valley are
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Idaho and
southeast Oregon.
* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, from 4 AM MDT /3 AM PDT/ to
10 AM MDT /9 AM PDT/ Thursday. For the second Freeze Warning, from
midnight MDT /11 PM PDT/ Thursday Night to 10 AM MDT /9 AM PDT/
Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
