Winds gusting as high as 30 mph. * WHERE...Marathon, Menominee, Northern Oconto County, Shawano, and Southern Marinette counties. * WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be very difficult.
