seconds and south winds 20 to 30 kt. For the Hazardous Seas
Watch, very steep and hazardous seas 10 to 15 ft at 16 seconds
and southwest winds 10 to 20 kt possible.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
OR out 10 NM and Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape
Foulweather OR out 10 NM.
* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
Hazardous Seas Watch, from this afternoon through Tuesday
morning.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
damage to vessels.
