* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 8 to 13 ft at 13
seconds and south winds 20 to 30 kt expected. For the
Hazardous Seas Watch, very steep and hazardous seas 11 to 16
ft at 16 seconds and southwest winds 10 to 20 kt possible.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
OR out 10 NM and Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape
Foulweather OR out 10 NM.
* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM PDT Monday. Hazardous
Seas Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
damage to vessels.
Instruction:

conditions.
