Description:
* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas around 7 ft at 6
seconds and north winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 21 kt. For
the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 5 to 7 ft at 13 seconds
and south winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected. For
the Hazardous Seas Watch, very steep and hazardous seas 12 to 17
ft at 14 seconds and west winds 15 to 25 kt possible with gusts
up to 30 kt.
* WHERE...Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from 10 to
60 NM.
* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT early this
morning. Small Craft Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 5 AM
PDT Monday. Hazardous Seas Watch, from late tonight through
Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
damage to vessels.
Instruction:
Consider altering your plans to avoid possible hazardous sea
conditions.
