Description:
* WHAT...North winds ease to 10 to 20 kt today, but will be
southerly at 5 to 10 kt near the coast south of Gold Beach. Seas
of 10 to 13 feet at 8 seconds this morning become swell
dominated this afternoon, but remain steep 9 to 11 feet at 15 to
17 seconds.
* WHERE...All areas.
* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 11 AM PDT this
morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 11 AM this morning
to 5 AM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.

Instruction:
Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
until conditions improve.
