Description:
* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25
kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 13 to 17 ft at 14 seconds.
For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas
16 to 18 ft at 14 seconds expected.
* WHERE...Steep seas for all of the area, except very steep,
hazardous seas beyond 40 nm from shore.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Thursday.
For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Steetp to very steep and hazardous seas could capsize
or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
treacherous.

Instruction:
Recreational boaters should remain in port. Commercial vessels
should prepare for very steep seas and consider remaining in port
