At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Burroughs, moving south at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Pooler, Richmond Hill, Windsor Forest, Coffee Bluff, Hunter Army Airfield, I-16/I-95 Interchange, Midtown Savannah, Downtown Savannah, Montgomery and Garden City. This includes the following highways... I-16 between mile markers 156 and 167. I-95 in Georgia between mile markers 82 and 101. I-516 between mile markers 3 and 9.
