Description:
At 218 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout 9 miles southwest of Jekyll Island,
or 11 miles east of Woodbine, moving southeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts around 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
objects.
Locations impacted include...
Dover Bluff and High Point.
