At 512 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Denmark, moving northeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Statesboro, Brooklet, Denmark, Georgia Southern, Nevils, Leefield, Emit, Pretoria, Grimshaw and Somerset. This includes I-16 between mile markers 119 and 128.
