Relative humidity is forecast to fall to 25 to 30 percent across northeast Georgia this afternoon. While winds are expected to be light, the low humidity combined with very dry vegetation will result in an elevated threat for the rapid spread of wildfire across the area, especially through sunset. Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether you can burn today.
