At 317 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Garden City, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Pooler, Bluffton, Richmond Hill, Tybee Island, Downtown Savannah, Hutchinson Island, Midtown Savannah, Hunter Army Airfield, Windsor Forest and Bellinger Hill Area. This includes the following highways... I-16 between mile markers 151 and 168. I-95 in Georgia between mile markers 90 and 108. I-516 between mile markers 3 and 9.
