* At 442 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lake Russell,
or 9 miles east of Elberton, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines. This storm has had
a history of knocking down trees.
