For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected. * WHERE...Clarendon, Lee, Southeastern Orangeburg, and Sumter Counties. * WHEN...For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 2 AM EDT early this morning. For the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
