* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as the mid to upper 20s in
the more eastern and southern valleys to around 30 in more western
valley locations. Ridgetop and more open terrain locations will
experiences lows in the mid 30s early this morning. Areas of frost
will also be found across the area.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Allow extra time to clear frost before traveling this morning.
