Description:
At 520 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a strong thunderstorm 9 miles west of Loxahatchee NWR, or 15 miles
southeast of Belle Glade. This storm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Loxahatchee NWR.
