At 210 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Vernon, moving northwest at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Vernon, Bonifay, Live Oak, Wausau, Westville, Hinsons Crossroads, Brock Crossroad, Whitehead Crossroads, Greenhead, Holmes Valley, Millers Ferry, Five Points, Smyrna, Spring Hollow, Sylvania, Johnson Crossroads, Riverside, and Poplar Head.
