Description:
At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Three Oaks, or 7 miles north of Bonita Springs. This thunderstorm was
nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, San Carlos Park, Pine Manor, Southwest
Florida Airport, Cypress Lake, Villas, Three Oaks, McGregor, Whiskey
Creek, Page Park, Fort Myers Villas, Estero, and Gateway.
