At 1116 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles north of Blountstown, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Blountstown, Marianna, Grand Ridge, Altha, Clarksville, Ocheesee, Selman, Abe Springs, Blue Spring, Camps Head, Union City, Chipola, Henderson Mill, Kennys Mill, Dellwood, Star, Alliance, Blountstown Airport, Marianna Municipal A/P, and Red Oak.
Instruction: 
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 PM CDT for Big Bend and the Panhandle of Florida. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
