Southwestern Decatur County in southwestern Georgia... * Until 130 PM EDT. * At 1246 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Greensboro, or 10 miles west of Quincy, moving north at 15 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Gadsden and southwestern Decatur Counties, including the following locations... Hardaway, Jinks, Mount Pleasant, Rosedale, Recovery, Faceville, and Gretna.
