Description:
At 510 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles west of Cogdell to 7 miles south of
Lakeland to near Quitman to near Boston. Movement was southeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lake Park, Lakeland, Valdosta, Quitman, Boston, I-75 At Exit 16,
Moody Air Force Base, Remerton, Meigs, Dasher, Grooverville,
Barretts, Everett, Hamburg, Pinetta, Hansell, Lovett, Nankin,
Empress, and Clyattville.
