At 248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong outflow winds from thunderstorms along a line extending from near Havana to near Tallahassee to 9 miles northeast of Woodville. Movement was northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. The Tallahassee forecast office on Florida State University's campus remported a wind gust of 35 mph ahead of storms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include...
