Description:
At 415 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Hickox to near Jacksonville International
Arpt. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
St. Marys, Kingsland, Woodbine, Nahunta, Yulee, Hickox, Kings Ferry,
Raybon, Atkinson, and Hortense.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
