Kickapoo River at Soldiers Grove affecting Crawford County.
Kickapoo River at Gays Mills affecting Crawford County.
Kickapoo River at Readstown affecting Vernon County.
Kickapoo River at Steuben affecting Crawford County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Kickapoo River at Gays Mills.
* WHEN...Until late Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding is possible in and
around Gays Mills.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:25 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:25 AM CDT Monday was 13.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 14.4 feet tomorrow evening.
It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday evening to
9.3 feet early Saturday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
14.5 feet on 07/10/2000.
