The approaches on both ends of the County Road VV bridge over the Black River in Jackson County may begin to flood and the bridge gates may be closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 9.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 12.1 feet tomorrow evening.
