Fair Oaks Ave near the bridge will start to flood. Park and playground east of Abrams Rd will be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 86.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 84.0 feet. - Flood stage is 84.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 89.4 feet late this morning.
