* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following counties, Humacao and Naguabo. * WHEN...Until 600 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 307 AM AST, USGS gauge reports indicated the sensor reached minor flooding levels. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area, especially along road PR-191 and PR-31 near the exit toward the highway. Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
