In southeast Oklahoma, Hughes. * WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 417 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated range gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. While the heaviest rainfall has ended, light to moderate rainfall is ongoing and it will take time for the water to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
