* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following county, Holmes. * WHEN...Until 930 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 231 AM EDT, emergency management reported several roads closed in the warned area due to heavy rain from thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Millersburg, Berlin, Walnut Creek, Killbuck, Farmerstown and Charm. - Flooding was reported on numerous roads including State Route 83, State Route 520, State Route 60, State Route 643, County Road 58, Township Road 129, and Township Road 91. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
