The river floods Trail Marker Park up to Erie Street in Woodville. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 11.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
