Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...
Chagrin River At Willoughby affecting Lake County.
For the Chagrin River...including Willoughby...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Chagrin River at Willoughby.
* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flooding is possible along the northern
section of Trailard, Milann, and Chagrin Drives in Waite Hill.
Dodd Road inundated near Eagle Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:15 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 11.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 13.0 feet early Wednesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage on Wednesday.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
