* IMPACTS...At 1227.0 feet, Minor flood stage with two feet of water
flowing over the spillway. The river overflows its banks
downstream.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM EDT Monday the stage was 1227.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling to 1226.2 feet Thursday
evening.
