forecast.
* WHERE...West Canada Creek at Hinckley.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 1228.0 feet, Moderate flood stage. Three feet of
water are spilling over and there is widespread flooding
downstream between Hinckley and Herkimer.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 1229.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tonight and continue falling to 1225.5 feet Saturday
evening.
- Flood stage is 1227.0 feet.
