Several roads may be closed in Glenfield, Martinsburg, and Lowville. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 10.4 feet this evening.
