* WHEN...From this morning to early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying undeveloped areas
along the creek begins.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 16.4 feet this evening. It
will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
