.Heavy rainfall Friday night and Saturday has led to rises on area
rivers.
For the Cass River...including Cass City, Vassar, Frankenmuth...
Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Cass River at Vassar.
* WHEN...From this morning to tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Some basements of businesses near the
river begin to flood. Water Street in Vassar will be flooded up to
a foot.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- There is no current observed data.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.9
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Instruction:
