Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. Iowa River at Marengo affecting Iowa and Benton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to late Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the levee surrounding Marengo. Water affects low lying agricultural land along the river * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.5 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
