Root River Canal At Raymond affecting Racine County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River Lower near New Munster. * WHEN...From late tonight to Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water is in the yards of some homes in the Village of Salem Lakes and Town of Wheatland areas, including Riverside Dr and Shorewood Dr. There are 3-4 inches of water over 77th Street in the Town of Wheatland. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 11.3 feet tomorrow evening.
