Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 157 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall of between 1 and 2 inches, and locally in excess of 3 inches has occurred due to thunderstorms since last evening. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - This areal flood warning replaces flash flood warnings and advisories previously in effect. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
