Low-lying areas are threatened in Belvidere Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 9.1 feet this evening.
