Rock River at Moline affecting Henry IL and Rock Island Counties. .Heavy Rainfall over the past several days will produce flooding on portions of the Rock River. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...From Sunday morning to late Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flooding of unprotected agricultural land occurs. Water also affects Lundeens Landing Campground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.4 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 13.1 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
