For the Illinois River (Upper)...including La Salle...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River from Starved Rock Lock and Dam downstream to confluence with Big Bureau Creek, including the La Salle gauge. * WHEN...Until further notice. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 20.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 PM CDT Friday was 20.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.0 feet Sunday evening.
