* Until 930 PM EDT.
* At 637 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated training thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. These storms are
producing rainfall rates over 2 inches per hour. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Johnson City, Marathon, Greater Binghamton Airport, Caroline,
Nanticoke, Coventry, Greene, Oxford, Berkshire, Richford, Willet,
Newark Valley, Whitney Point, Harford, Candor, Afton, Spencer,
Lisle, Castle Creek and Chenango Forks.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
