* WHAT...Visibility as low as one quarter mile at times in dense fog. * WHERE...Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog is expected to be densest across the higher elevations of the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier this morning. In addition, temperatures near or just below the freezing mark may cause exposed wet surfaces, such as bridges, to have patchy ice before dawn.
