Torrington, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Torrington, New Hartford, Winsted, New Hartford Center, Northwest
Harwinton, Barkhamsted, Goshen, South Norfolk, West Torrington,
Torringford, Mooreville, Nepaug, Kelly Corner, West Goshen, Beech
Rock, Wrightville, Tyler Lake Heights, Turkey Cobble, Goose Green,
and North Goshen.
