Description:
At 252 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fahnestock State Park, or near Lake Carmel, moving southeast at 20
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Danbury, Lake Carmel, Brewster, Ridgefield, New Fairfield, Carmel,
Brewster Hill, and Peach Lake.
Instruction:
