inches, with locally higher amounts possible closer to the higher
terrain.
* WHERE...Wet Mountain Valley.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to noon MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult, with wet, slushy and
snowpacked roads.
