* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Total snow accumulations between 14 and 24 inches. Isolated totals up to 30 inches possible across the higher mountains in Boulder and Larimer counties. * WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park, the Medicine Bow Range, and the northern Front Range foothills, including Red Feather Lakes, Estes Park, and Nederland. * WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Heavy snow accumulating on trees may result in broken tree limbs, downed powerlines, and scattered power outages. Travel could be very difficult due to the depth of heavy, wet snow.
