Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 10 and
24 inches, heaviest above 8,000 feet. Isolated totals up to 30
inches possible across the higher mountains in Boulder and Larimer
counties.
* WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Range,
and The Northern Front Range Foothills.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Heavy snow will accumulate on tree branches and
powerlines, possibly causing them to break and lead to power
outages. Travel could be very difficult at times, especially
Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning which will affect the
evening commute Tuesday and the morning commute on Wednesday.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your
