* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 10 and 24 inches, heaviest above 8,000 feet. Isolated totals up to 30 inches possible across the higher mountains in Boulder and Larimer counties. * WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park, the Medicine Bow Range, and the northern Front Range foothills, including Red Feather Lakes, Estes Park, and Nederland. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 3 PM MDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Heavy snow will accumulate on tree branches and powerlines, possibly causing them to break and lead to power outages. Travel could be very difficult at times, especially late Tuesday.
